She spent 15 years at Prudential Financial, where she led initiatives across Sales & Marketing, Mutual Fund Performance, and Project Management. This background sharpened her skills in financial analysis, risk assessment, and navigating complex transactions-all of which are critical in today's real estate market.

Her eye for design was further shaped during her 8 years as a Design Studio Specialist at Pottery Barn, where she helped clients transform houses into homes. Today, she brings that same creative approach to staging and preparing listings-knowing exactly what draws buyers in and how to highlight a home's best features to maximize its value.

Anita is also a real estate investor herself, actively buying and flipping properties. She knows firsthand what makes a property a smart investment and what improvements truly move the needle.
